Terms & Conditions

 

All course fees  are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

In the event of a genuine reason for non-attendance or cancellation (proof of which may be required), a request for transfer may be considered at the discretion of Angie's Beauty Academy.

 

A transfer fee of £50 per training date will apply to reschedule or a medical certificate (for the named student only) will be required to waiver this fee.

 

Should you be unable to attend, please notify us in writing to angetoon@aol.co.uk within 72 hours of the booked training course. Failing to notify us with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, may result in forfeit of all course fees paid.

Payment for your course says you have read the terms and conditions and are aware of them, Any questions before payment please feel free to contact.

 

What if I have difficulties finding the training centre on the day?

Should you be having difficulties in finding the training centre, please refer to Map & Directions to the training centre. Should you still be having difficulty, please call me as soon as possible on 07979 00 16 23 for assistance. 

 

If you are going to run late for your training, please ensure you contact us before 10.00am. Outside of these times, please leave a voicemail message clearly giving your name and telephone number and I will come back to you within 24 hours.

 

What happens if Angie's Beauty Academy cancels my course?

In the event that the Angie's Beauty Academy need to cancel your course for reasons beyond of our control, i.e. tutor sickness,  Angie's Beauty Academy will endeavour to give students at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation by telephone and/or email.

 

Angie's Beauty Academy is not responsible for any accommodation/travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.
