2 Day ABT Accredited Massage Course
A 2 day ONE-ON-ONE massage course 11am – 6pm £370
Equipment needed: All materials will be provided on the training day
Entry requirements: No Entry Requirements
Consists of-
Day 1 – Health, Safety and Hygiene, Anatomy and Physiology, Contra Indications, Contra Actions, Client Consultation, After Care, Theory of Massage Techniques, Skin Diseases and Disorders and all the Information on products, equipment and Insurance needed and where to purchase them from.
Luxury Back Massage Routine for you to practice at home before Day 2.
Day 2 – Full Body Massage routine including Legs, Arms, Tummy, Facial and Back, also includes Hot towel use.
Using a variety of basic and advanced massage movements, you will learn how to perform a professional body massage. Acupressure points will be incorporated in the massage routine which will help with many common ailments and promote healing in the body. During a pre-treatment consultation, you will be shown how to adapt your massage to suit the needs for a range of clients.
Students will be performing on Models, This Course is on a ONE-TO-ONE basis
I recommend a minimum of 1 week in between each training day so you can practise the back massage routine at home before Day 2
1 Day ABT Accredited Indian Head Massage Course
A 1 Day ONE-ON-ONE Course 11am – 6pm £250
Equipment needed: All materials will be provided on the training day
Entry requirements: No Entry Requirements
Indian Head Massage concentrates on the areas most vulnerable to tension - the scalp, face, upper back, neck and shoulders.
During the treatment chakras or energy centres of the body are worked on restoring harmony and balance and leaving the client feeling totally relaxed and revitalised.

1 Day ABT Accredited Hot Stone Massage Course
A 1 Day ONE-ON-ONE Course 11am – 6pm £215
Equipment needed: All materials will be provided on the training day
Entry requirements: Full Body Massage Certificate
Students will be performing treatments on a model
This Stone Therapy Massage technique uses warmed basalt stones to provide a deep tissue and relaxing massage.
You will learn the full massage procedure using specialist stones and equipment to create a combination of heat and deep pressure to alleviate muscular tension and relax clients on both a physical and spiritual level.
The stones minimise the effort from the therapist and the heat helps to warm muscles and provide a comforting massage.
This course will take you through full theory and history of this massage and cover the traditional method of stone placements and chakras to ensure full knowledge of this massage is gained as well as plenty of practice.

This 1 day course in Warm Bamboo Massage is Accredited by ABT allowing you to purchase insurance to perform this treatment in a salon or as a mobile therapist!

Warm Bamboo Stick Massage is known for its healing properties.
The bamboo stick replaces the therapist's hands, and it is used to give a deep, firm massage.
The Bamboo Stick is held by the therapist and rolled over the muscle with the same strokes they would use with their hands.
The muscle is then kneaded, which assists in the release of tension and easing of knots.
This rather unusual holistic therapy works to calm and energise you from head to toe.
Like the techniques found in a Hot Stone massage, warm bamboo is used to roll and knead the tissue to help alleviate muscle tension and general aches and pains.

2 Day Foot Reflexology Massage Course
A 2 Day ONE-ON-ONE Course 11am – 6pm £370

This 2 day course in Foot Reflexology is Accredited by ABT allowing you to purchase insurance to perform this treatment in a salon or as a mobile therapist!
I recommend leaving a minimum of a week in between dates before Day 2.
This Reflexology course will teach you a variety of non-intrusive, reflexology massage movements on the feet, working on acupressure points to promote better well-being for your clients, designed to teach you how to perform one of the most in-demand holistic therapy massages within the industry, as well as incorporating the theoretical knowledge behind reflexology, and the various massage movements required for this particular treatment.
Proven to be a beneficial method of assisting bodily healing, promoting well-being and diagnosing ailments within the body, this massage technique has become increasingly popular with clients of all ages both a preventive measure for health, as well as a complementary measure alongside other treatments.
You will be taught the theory of reflexology, as well as the necessary massage techniques and a routine which will help with many common ailments and promote healing in the body.
